Consultant and Senior Consultant, Life Sciences

The Management Consultants and Senior Consultants are responsible for contributing to the success of the project by owning parts of, or entire deliverables, leading workstreams, managing relationships with client counterparts and managing delivery risk of assigned responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with fellow team members and clients to drive or support deliverable development and to execute on defined strategies
• Conduct research, analyze data and synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations
• Lead functional workstreams, own deliverables and foster client relationships
• Support in creating meeting/workshop collateral and logistics for large, senior level, cross-geographic audience
• Demonstrate agility in client engagements by working in diverse capacities
• Contribute to firm initiatives and business development activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred
• 3-7 years of experience, with at least 1 year working in a management consulting firm for Management Consultant and 2 years for Senior Consultant
• Fundamental understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Prior experience in this industry a huge plus
• Demonstrated ability to integrate business and industry knowledge in developing creative and actionable solutions for clients
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Polished core consulting skills (written, verbal, presentation, presence, etc.)
• Detail oriented with ability to work well with ambiguity
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment as well as work independently with minimal guidance when needed
• Passion for learning
• Extremely strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. This includes creating leadership level presentations. This is a must-have
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. in an unrestricted manner
